Our Leadership

Pastor Jeff Niell met his lovely wife in 1986 and has been blessed with faithful children and beautiful grandchildren.  He was licensed to the Gospel ministry in 1981 (SBC) and went on to serve in Bible Churches, the PCA, prison ministry and hospital chaplaincy.  He has served in the CREC since 1998, pastoring churches in Phoenix, AZ and Fort Worth, TX, before settling in to serve with the saints of Christ Covenant, Granbury. 

Daniel has served as a deacon in two congregations and now serves as an elder at CCG. He and his wife, Beth, are grateful for six children—two daughters and four sons. An IT professional, he enjoys evening read-alouds, cheering on his kids’ pursuits, and the occasional backpacking trip.

Ryan and his wife, Haylee, have been married since 2006 and are raising four children. They were founding members of Christ Covenant Granbury. Ryan owns his own consulting firm and when he’s not working, he’s usually spending time with friends and family.

Assistant Pastor Gradon Schaub is married to Courtney and has four lovely children. He was ordained to gospel ministry in 2011 and has pastored churches in Texas for 11 years, serving in his current role since 2026. In addition to his pastoral duties, he is an English teacher at a nearby Christian boarding school. He enjoys reading, running, and collecting bicentennial quarters.
